2 (12-oz.) bottles beer 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper 1 pound unpeeled, large raw shrimp (31/40 count)

Instructions

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; add shrimp, and return to a boil. Cook 2 minutes; remove from heat, and strain.
