Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can pimento, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz) can small english peas
  • 1 (15 oz) can french cut green beans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the two cans of green beans, and combine beans, onions, pepper, pimento and celery in small pot. Bring to a boil and set aside to cool.
