Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (or use 4 ounces chocolate graham crackers, crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- heat oven to 350 °F. in a bowl, combine all ingredients. Press crumb mixture evenly into bottom of a 9" glass pie pan (with a flat-bottomed measuring cup or an empty pie pan). bake 12 minutes. let cool. Add pie filling.
