  1. In each popsicle mold, add 2 cookies stacked on top of one another. (If you have trouble fitting them, you can cut the cookies.)

  2. In a small bowl or a large measuring cup, whisk together heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until frothy.

  3. Pour the cream and milk mixture over the cookies into the mold until filled to the top. Place the popsicle sticks in the middle, cover and transfer to the freezer. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.

  4. Loosen the pop under warm running water, if necessary, to release from mold.
