Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 °F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce; mix well. Press mixture in pan. Brush barbecue sauce over top.
- Bake at 350 °F. for 60 to 70 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center and thermometer inserted into center registers 160 °F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
