Ingredients

  • 2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Blue food coloring (optional)
  • 10 chocolate chip cookies
  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • Mini Oreos and Cookie Crisp cereal, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes. Scrape down the bowl with a spatula and add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, mixing to combine. Mix in food coloring, scraping down bowl until everything’s well blended.
  2. Place cookies in a large resealable plastic bag, remove air and seal it. Use a wooden spoon or mallet to smash the cookies. Pour all but 1/2 cup of cookie crumbles into ice cream mixture. Fold in cookie bits and pour ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Top with remaining cookies.
  3. Garnish ice cream with mini Oreos and Cookie Crisp cereal. Refrigerate until firm, at least six hours.
