Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz fat free sour cream
  • 2 1/2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 lb ground sirloin

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl except for cheese and sour cream.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Form into patties, should make four (size to preference).
  4. Put in to lightly greased frying pan. Cook at medium heat turning once half way through cooking. Cook till done to your liking.
  5. When burgers are almost done, put cheese on top and cover until melted. Remove from heat and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
  6. Note: a great meal when served with Mexican Jumping Beans!
