  • 1 lb. rotelle (spiral) pasta
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1 can salsa-style chunky tomatoes
  • 1 c. reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile rinse and drain beans and slice olives.
  3. Drain pasta and transfer to a large serving bowl. Immediately stir in tomatoes, beans and olives. Top each serving with sour cream and cheese.
