Ingredients
- 1 lb. rotelle (spiral) pasta
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1 can salsa-style chunky tomatoes
- 1 c. reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile rinse and drain beans and slice olives.
- Drain pasta and transfer to a large serving bowl. Immediately stir in tomatoes, beans and olives. Top each serving with sour cream and cheese.
