  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • chili powder
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine peaches, nectarines, cilantro, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and season to taste with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
