- Seasoned flour
- Egg wash
- Panko breadcrumbs, seasoned with Italian seasoning
- Oil, for deep frying
- 1 ounce marinara sauce
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella
- Pasta, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler. Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Coat the steak with flour, then dip into the egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry the steak until golden brown. Top the steak with the marinara and cheese and broil until the cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with pasta.
