  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups dry white wine
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter and add white wine. Over medium heat, add shrimp and basil. Cook until pink all over; about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
