Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Trader Joe's Frozen Cod
  • 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • kosher salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 c. Trader Joe's Salsa Verde
  • Fresh cilantro, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Trader Joe's Frozen Cod fillets according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then flake into pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, make tacos: In a large bowl, toss cabbage with lime juice and season with salt.
  3. Over the flame of a gas burner, carefully toast tortillas one by one, flipping with tongs, 15 seconds per side.
  4. Assemble tacos: Top charred tortillas with cabbage, fish, tomatoes, Trader Joe's Salsa Verde, and cilantro.
