Ingredients
- 4 Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Patties
- 1 package refrigerated pizza crust
- .67 c. salsa
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
- Chop patties into 1/2-inch pieces. Set aside.
- On lightly greased baking sheet press pizza dough into 14 x 9-inch rectangle. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
- Spread salsa over partially baked crust, leaving 1-inch border. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with sausage pieces. Sprinkle with onions and cilantro.
- Bake at 400 degrees F about 11 minutes more or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
