These mini cheesecake cookie cups are perfect for any celebration, big or small!
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ refrigerated sugar cookies (24 cookies)
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon multicolored candy sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 °F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Place 1 cookie dough round in each muffin cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Carefully press end of wooden spoon into center of each cookie cup to make 1-inch-wide indentation. Cool completely in pan, about 20 minutes.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Carefully remove cookie cups from pan. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into center of each cup. Top with sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
