When your fridge is barren but your bar is stocked, bake this super-easy dump cake will make for adynamite dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 21-ounce can Country Cherries
- 1/2 c. whiskey
- 1 box Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/3 c. mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease (with butter or oil) a 9x9 square cake pan (see note).
- Dump cherries into a bowl and mix with whiskey.
- Pour cherry mixture into baking dish.
- Spoon cake mix over cherry mixture.
- Drizzle butter over cake mix as evenly as you can.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream.
