Here is the recipe:
ingredients
6 turkey wings
8 Scotch Bonnet Peppers/Habaneros (add more for heat)
8 sweet peppers
10 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion quartered
cup of ginger root peeled
4 scallions
4 tablespoons of thyme
2 tablespoons of coarse, sea or kosher salt
4 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons of granulated garlic
3 tablespoons of all spice
2 cups soy sauce
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Coat Wings and cover with plastic. marinate 24 hours.
Grill wings until done. I grilled 20 minutes and baked at 350F for another 20 minutes.
