Coconut Ice is a sweet dessert slice that is traditionally served at children's birthdays, school fetes and bake sales. It's very sweet, so not something you should make regularly - but as a treat it's delicious and naughty!!!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
2 Cups Icing Sugar, sifted (Powdered Sugar)
1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar (found in baking aisle of supermarket)
1 Can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 1/2 Cups Descicated Coconut
3-4 Drops of Red Food Colouring
Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling Time: 2 Hours
