Quick Jello Cookies is a wonderfully simple cookie recipe that has only a few ingredients. Butter, sugar, flavoured gelatine (Jello / Jelly) is combined with flour and formed into cookies. Lightly baked until firm, these cookies are bursting with flavour - give it a go!

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes per tray
