RECIPE FACT SHEET
=================
INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
300g Plain Sweet Cookies (crushed, I used Butternut Cookies)
50g Butter (melted)
500g Philadelphia style Cream Cheese
395g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Juice of 3 Small Lemons (about 1/2 a cup)
PLEASE NOTE:
I used a silicon muffin tray. It's flexible, so they just pop out. If using a normal (metal) muffin pan, simply spray with a little cooking spray before adding in the cookie layer, then they should slice out easily when eased out gently with a knife ;)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling Time: About 3 hours (or until firm and set)
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

PCOS-Friendly Foods in This Recipe
This recipe contains the following foods that may benefit PCOS management: Lemon.
Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Lemons are also rich in vitamin C, flavonoids, and other antioxidants. They can potentially support the immune system and have other health benefits. Lemons also have a low glycemic index, so they should not cause a rapid rise in blood sugar when consumed in natural form.
