Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. broccoli rabe
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. crushed hot red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Trim stem ends of broccoli rabe and cook in boiling salted water about 2 to 3 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain well. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic, and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly golden. Add crushed hot red pepper flakes and cook 30 seconds. Add broccoli rabe and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes, tossing constantly.
