These terms form the agreement between PCOS Meal Planner ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of app.pcosmealplanner.com, and the person or company buying a placement ("you", "the sponsor"). By ticking the box at checkout and paying, you accept them on behalf of the party you represent, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You are buying a single, clearly labelled sponsored placement inside our editorial content, on the terms of the package you selected. The package page sets out exactly what is included: the number of guides, the length of the mention, the number of links, and the guaranteed term. Nothing outside what that page lists is included.
You are buying placement and a link. You are not buying our opinion, our recommendation, or a position in any ranking, comparison, or scoring we publish.
We have final editorial control over everything we publish, including your placement. In practice this means:
Every sponsored placement is disclosed to the reader on the page it appears on. Links in a sponsored placement carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, in line with Google's guidance on links in paid content.
This is not negotiable and applies to every placement we sell. You acknowledge that you are not buying search ranking benefit, and that a link we sell is not intended to pass ranking signals.
Your placement is guaranteed to remain live for the guaranteed term stated in your package, starting on the day it publishes. After that term ends, it stays in place for the life of the page, but we are no longer under any obligation to keep it there, and no refund is due if it is later removed.
We may update, expand, rewrite, merge, or re-title the guide during the guaranteed term. If that happens, we will keep your placement live within the updated guide, or move it to a comparable guide of similar topic and standing. If the guide is retired entirely and no comparable page exists, we will refund the unexpired part of the guaranteed term on a pro-rata monthly basis.
Whatever the budget, we do not publish:
If we discover after publication that a placement breaches this clause, we will remove it. Where the breach is yours, no refund is due.
Refunds are made to the card or account used to pay, through Stripe.
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, search rankings, inclusion in search results, citation by AI assistants or answer engines, or continued indexing of the page by any third party. Those things are decided by other people's systems, and nobody can honestly sell them. We sell the placement itself.
Unless your package says so in writing, your placement is not exclusive, and we may sell placements to other companies, including competitors, on the same or other pages.
You confirm that:
You will indemnify us against any third-party claim, and against reasonable costs arising from it, that results from a breach of this clause.
We may remove or amend a placement at any time, without refund, if it breaches clause 6 or clause 9, if a claim in it becomes false or misleading, if the destination page changes materially, or if we are required to by law, by a regulator, or by a platform we depend on. Wherever we can, we will contact you first and give you the chance to fix it.
Fees are one-time and are stated on the package page in the currency shown there. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; we never see or hold your card details. Prices exclude any taxes, duties, or withholding that may apply to you, and are payable free of deduction. Any Goods and Services Tax that applies will be added where we are required to charge it.
We store the details you enter at checkout, the version of these terms you accepted, and the time and IP address of that acceptance, so that both of us have a record of what was agreed. We use your contact details to deliver and support the placement. We do not add you to our subscriber marketing list on the strength of a sponsorship purchase. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
Neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order, on any basis, is limited to the fee you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms, together with the package page you bought from, are the whole agreement between us on this subject and replace anything discussed beforehand. We may change these terms for future orders by publishing a new version here; the version recorded against your order continues to govern that order. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Neither of us is acting as the other's agent, partner, or employee. No third party may enforce these terms.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to raise the issue in writing and to try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
