Betty fixes taco bowls. These are great for entertaining, because most of the preparation can be done in advance. Each party guest composes his/her own taco bowl, so each bowl will be unique, depending on the taste of the person who constructs it. All combinations are excellent! Super quick, super easy, for the Super Bowl!!! Add the taco flavoring and 2/3 cup water, and cook on top of stove for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, and heat this up right before serving. Heat the refried beans right before serving, also. Peel and mash the avocado, adding 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Place the avocado in a serving bowl. Chop all of the ingredients that are to be chopped, and place each in a separate serving bowl. Also, place the sour cream and the crushed Doritos in separate serving bowls. Finally, place the beef taco mixture and the heated refried beans in separate serving bowls. To serve, let each guest "build" their own taco bowl, by adding ingredients they desire from the individual serving bowls. They may use as much or as little (even skip some) if they like! They will be sure to have great fun making their taco bowl, and they will find it delicious! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NEW Cookbook:  "Betty's Kitchen Cookbook:  2013 Recipes" (c) 2014 Also available:  "The Betty's Kitchen Collection:  Second Edition" (c) 2013 *Both can be ordered from http://www.amazon.com or http://www.createspace.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Betty's Website:  http://www.bettyskitchen.us ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Other places to watch Betty's Kitchen: Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/pages/bettyskitchen/166973502092 Pinterest:  http://www.pinterest.com/bettyskitchen/bettyskitchen/ Twitter:  https://twitter.com/Myshine Google :  https://plus.google.com/108882445101872897307/posts ifood.tv:  http://www.ifood.tv/bettyskitchen Roku:  http://www.rokuguide.com/channels/betty's-kitchen
