Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower (600g), 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (60g), 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (25g), 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of pizza sauce (60g), 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (60g), 1/2 bell pepper (75g), 1/2 onion (60g), 2 eggs

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine. 3. Steam and drain well. 4. Mix cauliflower with cheeses, spices, and eggs to make the crust. 5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. 6. Spread pizza sauce over baked crust. Top with cheese, bell pepper, onion, and eggs. 7. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
