Ingredients

1 lb (450g) of beef bones, 2 cups (470ml) of water, 1 cup (30g) of spinach, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place the beef bones in a pot and cover with water. 2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. 3. Add the onion and garlic and simmer for 2 hours. 4. Add the spinach and simmer for another 30 minutes. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve hot.
