Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot and cover with water. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. 3. Simmer for 24 hours, adding more water as needed. 4. Strain the broth, discarding the solids. 5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
