1 cup almond flour (120g), 1/2 cup psyllium husk (40g), 1/4 cup coconut oil (60ml), 1/4 cup honey (85g), 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml), 1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5g), pinch of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. 3. Melt the coconut oil and honey together and add to the dry ingredients. 4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. 5. Roll the dough into balls and flatten on a baking sheet. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Let cool before serving.
