1 cup whole wheat flour (120g), 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (120g), 1/4 cup honey (60ml), 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (30g), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 apple, peeled and grated

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. In a separate bowl, mix applesauce and honey. 4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. 5.
