4 large Portobello mushrooms, 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 cup of feta cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. 3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. 5. Remove from heat and mix in the feta cheese. 6. Stuff each mushroom with the spinach and feta mixture. 7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted.
