1 cup almond flour (120g), 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (120g), 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml), 1/4 cup coconut oil (60ml), 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml), 1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5g), 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g), 1/2 tsp cinnamon (1.3g), 1/4 tsp nutmeg (0.6g), 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (45g)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 3. In another bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Pour the batter into a lined baking dish. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
