1 cup quinoa (US), 170g quinoa (Metric), 1 can black beans (US), 400g black beans (Metric), 1 red bell pepper (US), 150g red bell pepper (Metric), 1/2 cup corn (US), 85g corn (Metric), 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (US), 15g chopped fresh cilantro (Metric), 2 tablespoons lime juice (US), 30ml lime juice (Metric), 1 tablespoon olive oil (US), 15ml olive oil (Metric), Salt and pepper to taste
