- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1-1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
