Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. ground coffee
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 3 lb. flank steak (2 steaks)
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, sugar, coffee, 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
- Rub the steaks with the spice mixture and grill to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
