Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey, to drizzle
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest (from 1 orange)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with the olive oil, cayenne, cinnamon, cumin, some salt and pepper and a drizzle of honey. Place the sweet potatoes on the lined baking sheet and bake until browned and slightly crisp, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle the zest on the wedges, and then serve.
