  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 lb. boneless beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 lb. baking potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 (4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 3 cups vegetable juice cocktail

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onions; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef and potatoes are tender.
