Give this gooey French favorite an Italian spin with thyme and sundried tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 package fresh thyme (about 2 tbsp. leaves)
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 7-oz. wheel brie
Instructions
- Combine sun-dried tomatoes, fresh thyme, and oil in small bowl and top on brie. Bake at 350 degrees F until soft and starting to ooze, 10 minutes.
