Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Scrub and pierce potatoes. Bake at 400 ° for 1 hour or until tender. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender; set aside.
