Crispy Chinese Bhel is an excellent and awesome snack to treat our palate with healthy and nutritious yet very delectable appetizing food. This snack is a tantalizing mix of fried noodles, colorful bell peppers and some sweet and tangy sauces mixed together, drizzled with some sesame seeds and sprinkled with little vinegar to make it zesty to eat.

Ingredients:
Noodles 100 Grams
Corn flour 10 Grams
Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers 100 Grams
Onion 1 Numbers
Green chilli sauce 2 Teaspoons
Tomato ketchup 2 Teaspoons
Red Chilli sauce 2 Teaspoons
Vinegar 5 ml
Sugar 5 Grams
Soya sauce 2 Teaspoons
Sesame seeds 5 Grams
Salt To taste
Directions:
1.Preheat the air fryer at 200 degree C.
2.First boil the noodles and cool it down.
3.Sprinkle some corn starch over the cooked noodles and toss well.
4.Put the noodles in the air fryer at 200 degree C for 4 minutes.
5.Take them outside and cool them.
6.In a bowl, add juliennes of red, green and yellow bellow peppers and onions.
7.Add green chillies, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, roasted sesame seeds, mix well and drizzle over the crispy noodles and toss well.
