1 avocado
1 fl oz fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped chives
1. Remove pit and scoop out Haas avocado; mash.
2. Add sour cream, chives and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
3. Mix together until nicely blended.
4. Chill. Ingredients can easily be doubled for parties.
5. Keep refrigerated and enjoy.
