Ingredients
1 mango, peeled and diced
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Fine sea salt
Instructions
In a blender or food processer, combine the mango, sugar, lemon and lime juice and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
