These grilled burgers are topped with a homemade, sweet-and-spicy slaw.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 c. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 package coleslaw blend cabbage mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onions
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 8 Hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix meat, garlic powder, and 1/4 cup of the dressing until blended. Shape the meat into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until done (they should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F).
- Combine remaining dressing with all remaining ingredients, except buns.
- Fill buns with burgers and coleslaw.
