Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 c. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 package coleslaw blend cabbage mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 8 Hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix meat, garlic powder, and 1/4 cup of the dressing until blended. Shape the meat into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until done (they should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F).
  3. Combine remaining dressing with all remaining ingredients, except buns.
  4. Fill buns with burgers and coleslaw.
