Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken drumsticks and thighs
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. snow peas
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Toss chicken with hoisin sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Arrange on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Roast in the oven at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F).
- Boil snow peas for 5 minutes or until tender; drain and toss with red pepper flakes, sesame oil and pinch salt.
- Serve chicken over snow peas, garnished with cilantro.
