This recipe, made with yogurt and light mayonnaise, makes a savory, low-fat sauce to accompany our Lemon and Herb Roasted Salmon. Toss this remoulade with julienne strips of celery root for a healthier version of the rich French classic Celeri Remoulade.
Ingredients
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. snipped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- .13 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- In small bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
