This recipe, made with yogurt and light mayonnaise, makes a savory, low-fat sauce to accompany our Lemon and Herb Roasted Salmon. Toss this remoulade with julienne strips of celery root for a healthier version of the rich French classic Celeri Remoulade.
Ingredients
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. snipped fresh chives
1 tbsp. capers
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
.13 tsp. salt
.13 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
In small bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
