Ingredients

pepper, to taste 1 (24 oz) jar dill pickle spears, with liquid 2 lbs chuck roast 2 cups prepared sweet cole slaw 8 sandwich buns, soft

Instructions

Place chuck roast in a slow cooker and pour entire contents of dill pickle jar over it. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours. Season to taste with pepper. Pull apart meat with a fork. To serve, place 1/4 cup of cole slaw on each of 8 soft sandwich buns. Top with some of the pickled beef and serve! Paula's Note: Cook the pickled beef while no one is home as the smell is quite pungent.
