Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined, Chopped Into Bite-sized Pieces
  • 1 Jalapeno, Minced
  • 1/4 cup Finely Diced White Onion
  • 1/4 cup Finely Diced Red Or Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add chopped raw shrimp, jalapeno, onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Mix well and then add lime juice. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add orange juice and vegetable oil and stir well. Season to taste with kosher salt. At this point, the ceviche can be refrigerated until ready to serve.
