Ingredients

1 cup sliced strawberries 1 cup spinach 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Put strawberries and spinach in blender. 2. Add water to consistency you like, about half a cup, and a few ice cubes. 3. Blend. Add honey. Blend further. 4. Instead of honey you can use Stevia. 5. Note: don't be afraid to substitute ingredients. This is a great way of getting in fruits and vegetables (without being disgusted) as this will taste sweet.
