Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 5 ripe avocados, flesh scooped, pits reserved for garnish
- 5 cloves dry-roasted garlic
- 3 whole dry-roasted jalapenos
- 1/3 bunch fresh cilantro
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Blend together the lime juice, avocados, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro and some salt and black pepper in a blender. Add water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency. The guacamole should be thick enough that it can just barely hold its shape if scooped out.
