Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 5 ripe avocados, flesh scooped, pits reserved for garnish
  • 5 cloves dry-roasted garlic
  • 3 whole dry-roasted jalapenos
  • 1/3 bunch fresh cilantro
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend together the lime juice, avocados, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro and some salt and black pepper in a blender. Add water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency. The guacamole should be thick enough that it can just barely hold its shape if scooped out.
