1 lb (450g) chicken bones, 2 cups (500ml) water, 1 cup (200g) kale, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place the chicken bones in a pot and cover with water. Add the apple cider vinegar. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 2 hours. 3. Add the onion, garlic, and kale. Cook for another 30 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Strain the broth and serve hot.
