1 large egg
2 tbsps ground flaxseeds
1 scoop whey protein isolate
2 1/2 oz goats milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsps canola oil
1/3 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
2 large egg yolk
1 oz sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut flour
1. Combine all the elements.
2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top becomes brownish.
3. Note: add some stevia extract if you want a sweeter taste.
