2 whole grain tortillas (US: 2 pieces, Metric: 2 pieces), 4 eggs (US: 4 pieces, Metric: 4 pieces), 1 ripe avocado (US: 1 piece, Metric: 1 piece), 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (US: 1/2 cup, Metric: 120 grams), Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked. 4.
