1 cup of whole wheat flour (120g), 2 scoops of protein powder (60g), 1 ripe banana (118g), 1/2 cup of almond milk (120ml), 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (30g), 1 tsp of baking powder (5g), 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (1.3g), 1 tbsp of honey (21g), 1/4 tsp of salt (1.5g)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 2. In another bowl, mash the ripe banana and mix it with the almond milk and honey. 3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. 6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. 7. Serve the pancakes topped with the chopped nuts.
